2006 tahoe Q6 wont start!!!

I recently bought a used 06 Tahoe q6 with a 5.0 220hp v8 mercruiser alpha 1 i/o. It drove fine a week ago at a lake by the dealers. I hauled it 150 miles to my lake to put in the slip but it would not start. The engine will crank but will not turn over. Fuses look like they are good and i can not see any wires that came loose. I can't believe the battery would already be dead but am charging it anyway. Could there be a larger issue i am overlooking? The boat only has 20 hrs so i hope nothing needs replacing.

Hey MercMan,
I had the same exact problem, check out my post dead in the water, it was the starter fuse located on the starter, not so easy to see or change, i also changed out the batts because they were not charging or holding a charge as i thought they were. good luck.

Check the kill switch, mine got stuck before

Hey, that also happened to me, luckily, my kill swith cord had got bumped to the off position, after flipping it back up, the boat started right away. Good luck!!!!

did you leave the master switch on to drain the battery during the drive??
