Uneven cooling ?

My 2002 5 Litre Mercruiser runs 1 water cooled riser 20 degrees ?? degrees hotter than the other side.
Is there any kind of thermostat in the top center water hose connectors manifold that I can adjust some how for more equal cooling ?

That sounds about normal. The elbows won't run the same temperature due to differences in flow to each of them. There is nothing to adjust.
