1978 evinrude 115 model#115899c 2 plugs not firing on one side

when motor is cold it will run fine as soon as it warms up 2 plugs on the same side stop firing. So i went and bought 4 new spark plugs,2 new coils with coil wires and a power pack.Still doing the same thing. puzzled what should i do next.
