Recently purchased 2003 Honda 130 idles at about 1100 RPM in forward gear and around 900 in neutral; would like to see it idle about 600 RPM in gear for fishing. I asked a Honda repair shop about adjusting the idle. Response was that the idle is factory set and cannot be "reset." They added that the throttle control linkage might need adjustment. Anyone experience this problem? Thanks.
