does anyone know if there is one. i saw a video of this motor with a hydrlic tilt on it witch would be nice cause my motor is heavy but i can only find them for 1978 and newer

yeah was trying to find o.e. cmc want almost $700 and friends of mine have had nothing but trouble with thier jack plates

I'm not talking about a jack plate but a t/t unit. All they made for your mtr back in those days was just a power tilt only.

you wouldnt know the part number for the power tilt would you?

Power tilt kit is part number 172189.

The part # 172189 is N.L.A. from BRP. You can try E-Bay or the salvage yards listed at the top of this forum.
