Just inherited, where do i start?

Just inherited a 1989 Bass Tracker 1800 TF tournament with a Evinrude XP 150 Pro Series. The boat is in excellent shape. Gel coat is perfect, carpet is perfect, no holes or tears in the seats. The boat was kept under a cover and on storage all its life. I believe the last time it was serviced was in 2007. There are pieces of masking tape with a date on the batteries and motor. What do I need to replace or check out before attempting to start and eventually put in the water?
