I have a 1964 feathercraft I needed a new key so I took out the ignition now I can't remember how to put the wires back. I have the letters M, S, C, A, M, B and color wires are Black, Black/yellow, Purple, Red/Purple, and Yellow Someone please help me. I have looked everywhere for these colored wires on the diagrams on this site and on the web and can not find them anywhere.

I looked at the diagram but the only wire that is working is the choke which turns out to be the Red/Purple wire and for some reason that is on the letter S post? when I put the two black wires on the M and the C then the battery seems to be working because when I turn the key while holding them there the choke opens and shuts which leaves me with the A, B, post and colors Purple & Yellow I have switched them both ways but still not working. One of the M's is a hole

Sounds like someone has changed wires at sometime in the past. Does your motor have a generator? You'll probably have to trace some wires back to the junction box to sort it out.
Normally:
M and M would be the kill terminals and have black wires from the magneto.
B - red (or green) wire from battery
S - start, a white wire back to the starter solenoid (small post nest to the large battery post)
C - choke
A - accessory

The diagram and colors Zephyr posted would be correct for a generator-equipped motor.

Are we talking the correct year here? Those colors do not match a 1964 at all.

Now if we fast forward about ten years, the colors are:

M= Black and ground
M= Black/yellow
Bat= Red/purple
Ign (or Acc)= purple
Start= White

Your "yellow" wire probably is a discolored white wire.

Be careful, if you connect the wrong wires, you can blow the power pack---assuming you really do have one.

Or you could blow the magnetos. Be careful.

Yea, just make sure you don't put any juice to the black wires.
