Start with the obvious, fuel filter/water seperator, check spark plugs, make sure throttle is adjusted correctly. How old is the gas?

Sorry about the delay getting back, the 502 will rev to 3000 then shut right down to idel, when you pull back on the throtle and restart it does the same thing 3000 then idel it is like the computer is shutting it down. There is a buzzer soundig although the oil psi is good and temp is good? Fuel filter both pumps seem ok, it does not sound like it is starving for gas. thanks for any help.

You need to have the ECM scanned to find the sensor that is telling it there is a problem. Without clearing the fault codes, it will do this forever. Just changing will do no good either.
Scan, clear codes & replace sensor.
You could try to clear the code & try running again, see how it goes. Most likely will need to replace.
