the speedo works on a pitot tube principle. either the line is broken, or plugged. to get any specific advise, you would have to post boat and motor/drive for people to comment with specifics

my guess is hose came loose,with out any more info. hose is usually right at top of lower unit

the boat is a 2000 lund 1800 fisherman. yamaha f115. can't figure out for the life of me why i didn't put this info in original post. ha
