I have been bringing this motor back on line bit by bit. It is in great condition and runs well. However I cannot tighten the bolt that acts as the pivot bolt for the throttle and advance levers without them binding up. Everything is there. bushings. washer and spring. Is there something I have to do beside grease to get this to work correctly.
