Did Chrysler or West Bend manufacture Sea King 20 hp model # vwb-19084, or some other manufacturer?

Doesn't really matter, West Bend, Chrysler, and Force were all the same company. Just the sign out front changed as the company was sold. West Bend sold to Chrysler in 1964. Consequently, 1965 models were labeled "West Bend-by Chrysler".
