Where is my fuse panel located?

Hey guys. I'm a newbie to boating and need a little help. I just got my first boat, an 89 Bass Tracker 1600TF, and I'm interested in doing some wiring work. I can't find any service manuals or diagrams and am a little embarrassed to say, I can't even locate the fuse panel. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Call a dealer of bass trackers ? Or Bass Pro ?
Be sure to buy at least 1 of each size fuse in the panel & put them into a HEAVY freezer bag. Leave it in the panel area.
