My warning horn sounds at start up and I can't get it to go off? Also the jet stream from my engine is very weak could this be a bad impeller?

If the horn stays on with key ON and engine not running, a defective horn or shorted switch somewhere, likely temp.
If it starts short after start and weak stream, change impeller and check temp switch.
Which engine?

Test the harness by disconnecting temp switch, oil-tank sender, and electric VRO plug connection.
If horn still goes on constant when ign ON and engine not running, split the control, remove the brown signal wire to the horn and test again. If horn still goes on, change horn.

My 92 60 hp will sound a constant horn when the oil tank gets low.
