well took my merc 115 to lake yesterday ....pulled it off the trailer and went to put it into reverse and it just grinds....we got home and i adjusted the cable and it still doesnt lock all the way in....we pulled the lower unit off with it in the foward position and the unit is now engaged in foward and spins the drive shaft spins just fine now??? has anyone ever encountered this problem before any help will be greatly appreciated
