1982 165 CHEV. SIX , MERCRUISER.

Trying to locate a Neutral Safety switch for a 1982 165 six banger Mercruiser Inboard.<br />Part has "Mcgill" stamped on the side of plastic small box. Has 2-wires, one brown, one black. Has a metal clip with a roller on the end of it, depressing it activates the switch under the roller. Been looking all over, cant find!!! Help!!!...<br /><br />jas....petey.....

Just follow the shift cable to the engine were it attachs to the lever follow the lever to the outer shift cable and on the anchor end of the outer shift cable you will find the rocker and switch--Bob

Try ebay.........you might have to buy the whole shift assembly.
