Ever heard of 1991 Offshore Quasar 18'? Info please!!

I've been given a boat recently and can't find out any information on the web about the boat. It's older but it's in pretty good shape, trailer is great, and the motor (1985 Johnson 150hp) needs a part but it runs. The person who gave the boat to me says it's an Offshore. The title says 1991 Quasar fiberglass 18' 2". There is no model listed on the title. I was there when the title was transferred and the people there couldn't figure out what kind of boat it was. There's been some confusion. I don't know much about boats but I would like to figure out what kind of boat I have and what it's worth. It has a center console. I was told it's perfect for fishing in the gulf with and it's a saltwater fishing boat. That's about all I know. It's white and has no decals or anything on it other than the registration stickers we've put on it.

Im also have a Quasar and search after soma facts about it. My boat camt to Sweden in the middle of the 90s i belive.
The boat is 5.10x2 m its about 16 x 6,4 feet i belive. We dosent use feet in Sweden.

Its have a centerkonsol and fishcontainer with freshwater. Its have the US Coastguard mark and some Pelicanmark, i dont know what that means really. max engine is 90 hp.
