My Chaparral Sunesta 243 has a black eggshell foam that is glued to the lift up engine cover for sound supression. The foam has begun deteriorating and crumbles when you touch it. Can this easily be replaced, if so where would you purchase it or is their another material in use today that would work better or be easier to work with?
