Restoring an old boat it ran last year with my step father he past away along with the knowledge of what has been done on the motor, gutted out inside so wires are a bit haggard, battery too but motor tilts down but not up....new gas and plugss...want to get it running before winter so i can put money into interior instead of engine or vice vesa..hooked it up the earmuffs and hose but woulndt start for the life of me...help pls anything is better than notihng bit of a rookie in the boat department used to jsut fishing out of them not working on them..Thanks Shamus..
