Wellcraft with T5.7 GS, alarm horn disconnected

Engine #'s - 4110162031 and 4110162938

Outdrive #'s 4112043152 and 4112043151

The warning horn goes off when connected. How do I determine what is setting the alarm off. And, why is there only one horn. My mecurs in the past had two warning horns.

Not sure what you mean by that, Mercruiser only comes with one from the factory. One buzzer (Per engine), but it can be set off by 2 or 3 alarm switches.

What do you mean by connected? The alarm will sound when you turn the key on, there is no oil pressure. If you start the engine and the alarm still sounds, take the wire off the oil pressure switch, not the gauge sender, the switch.
