2005 Yamaha F115 4-stroke Power Issue

05 188 SailFish powered by a Yamaha F115 4-stroke, running smooth and quiet, but only reaches 4200 rpm's, not enough power to plane the boat. All four injectors have been professionally cleaned and fuel emptied. Motor starts great, no sputters, cruising fine. Boat comes up fine, but when you reach top throttle just before plane - no more power. Slow down, no sputters or stalls. We're ordering a new high pressure fuel pump as we've read in other posts could be the culprit. Any other things to consider?

why not test to see if you have fuel pressure problems first?

Thank you for responding. Fuel pressure at turn key is 32 psi. Really want to get the boat back in the water this weekend. Suggestions anyone?
