compression different from top 2 and bottom 2 cylinders.top 85 bottom 100.Could this be air leak,reeds,rings?

top 85 bottom 100, just seems strange that the two low cylinders are the same.

You probably had float/jet issues in the top carb at one point and ran those cylinders dry for a spell. I'd crack open the heads and take a look if it were mine.

According to the old OMC Specs you're right on the line. Before you take it apart do a GOOD decarb on it and then check compression again.
