I've been looking for a video on bellows replacement. I KNOW that I'm not doing it the schoolhouse way. Your video appears to be as close to replacement as any on youtube. I've replaced quite a few bellows...probably the hardest way of all. I've never been able to remove the pins out of the gimbal rings of any of the old junk boats I've worked on. So, I've simply pulled the outdrive, laid on my back to install the bellows then come up with all kinds of creations to get them over the lip. It's like doing EXTREME shade tree mechanic work and YEP, I've punched holes in brand new bellows before... experience is a very good teacher, wish there were an easier way to learn this stuff....
