1993 50 hp Merc won't start cold

Hi everyone i have a 1993 50 hp Mercury oil injected that i have trouble starting at first time after it was not started for a day or so. When it starts if it starts 10-15 min later and worms up a bet it runs idles nice and it is ease to re start it for the rest of the day. Tested compression from top it is 100-100-110. spark is jumping 5/16 it is nice and blue checked wot with light and have spark on all 3 wires i cleaned gas tank and filter carbs seem to be ok. Any other idea what could be wrong. Why won't start when it's cold. Please help!

I would check whether air in fuel lines and condition of fuel pump.

Not enough choke in starting, and pump the bulb after a day.
Are you saying it takes 10 to 15 minutes to start?

I don't think it has a choke at least i could not find it or seen it, electric or manual it has only one butterfly inside a carb and i always prime the bulb until it gets nice and firm and it takes 10-15 minutes to start and 2 batteries 3-5 seconds starting then a minute to cool down the the starter. and i check the bulb from time to time and pump it up if i have to. New gas line and primer bulb from tank to motor.

Sounds like a classic choke issue. I would clean out the carbs & verify proper choke operation. Good Luck.

elect choke,,,, push key in while cranking be sure to have the fast idle lever up also
