HEY SCOOTER ,i t coud be a lot of thing from water in fuel,spark plug dirty,or not right gap,or points dirtyor not right gap,weak coil or condenser leaking head or exhaust gasket, worn cam or poor ground dist.magneto,oiler wick bad ,corbon or fouled combustion chambers,or loose ignition wires but more than likely it's water or plugs
