Hi,

I live in the uk and finding a 225-250hp if proving really troublesome.

If anyone here knows somewhere selling a engine that's either 4 stroke, optimax or evinrude newer than 2000 please post a link below.

I have found five engines advertised in the uk so far at the power and age i need... all have been scams

A friend has advised to get one shipped from the U.S so if anyone knows a good company that is selling something similar to what i need please please please post a link.

What ever you do, research your seller well! Lots of crooks on both sides of the ocean.

If I were you I would make sure the owner lives as far away from salt water and as far North as possible.

i can get merc lease returns........allmost a new motor on warranty.......the are way cheaper than a new one.....but they are still up there
