hello friends i am new to this forum, I have a problem with my 1991 120hp power trim the question is that the piston low fat, but does not rise, not electrical problem and I have new engine and all new gaskets and I've checked everything but remains the same. if I open rl climb the thumb screw by hand and then to lower and lower ago but it goes well, we would appreciate your help
