testing 280 4wire

trying to test out a penta 280 lift motor and assembly, need to fit it on a 270. what little I know about electrics I think all the relays are fine, testing with meter and they seem to read correctly. now I want to test the motor but for the life of my I can't figure out what voltage goes where, I'm guessing that +12 goes to multiple points on the connecter but don't want to fry it or myself in testing. I'm guessing Bn, BL at +12 gn/y -12. then Sb, BL +12 and gn/y -12. as always, your help is always appreciated

For the down direction on the motor, BR is + and BL is - On the up direction, the GR/Y is + and the SB is -

Their drawings are clear as mud, but I did color the wires in the drawing below. Perhaps it will help you.
I also noticed in the diagram they had a red wire marked as black. to really help confuse things.
