dt 100 cant find ignition switch on control ,,help

i just picked up a pontoon boat with a suzuki dt 100 and i cant find the key switch on the control it has the some kind of black plug where it looks like the ignition should be i also have some kind blak cap on the key chain,,completly lost right now ,,,btw i purchased it from a storage facilityso they have no clue about any thing

sukuki uses 2 cap like keys. top one is red and turns to engauge starter, the lower one is kill switch, if its pulled engine dies or won't start. it grounds ign. I can send picures in needed
