the problem is that even and OEM starter may come from china at this point<br /><br />i just found out yesterday that i am replaceing my american merc water hoses with chinese merc water hoses<br /><br /><br />tommays

generic starters

Does anyone have first hand experience with using the new generic starters that suppliers are selling? I do not know where they are made but not OEM. For example, epower verses aftermarket etc. <br /> Should I stay away from them as with some rebuilt starters that are not worth the gamble?
