Cruising along on a 3 hour tour engine quits. Open up the hatch and drive lube had blown out of the resevoir and the serpentine belt was partially walked off a pulley. Checked the oil re positioned the belt cranked over and good to go. About 10 minutes later same scenario, but i felt like I lost forward momentum before the engine died, and it dieseled as it died. Open the hatch belt completley off pulleys. Put belt back on crank it over and it cranks really slow wated a minute and it fired off. This scenario played out 2 more times over the next hour. After the last time the engine wouldnt even crank over at all almost like it was seized. Had to get towed in. The next day the engine cranks really hard and you can hear metal on metal type sounds. Oil isnt milky, never lost oil pressure, temp never spiked. Any thoughts?
