Wow, very nice, and perfect engine. Is it all original?

Everything is original except the carpet and engine. The engine is a 1975 with tilt/trim.

Very nice! Congrats on your purchase.

The way the wood dashes and console backs are cut doesn't look Starcraft original but everything else does.

Thanks everyone for the congrats. I really got an awesome deal on the package. $675 for everything. The boat has a bilge pump that works, and power tilt/trim. It came with lots of extras, several skiing ropes, 2 anchors, two new 6 gallon tanks, 6 life vest, skis, a tow-able boat cover, and a shop manual for the engine. The trailer is a roller bunk I guess. It has rollers in the middle and bunks at the back.

TC - Welcome to the club. Nice find. Another Georgia Starcraft, too. We might have to start a new Starmada chapter. Those Great Lakes members will always out number us, but that's OK. We have a longer season. LOL

Mine actually came from Lima Ohio, then the owner moved to Tennessee. But now it is unofficially (until I can get it registered) a Georgia Starcraft. Thanks for the welcome, what lakes do you use? Burton, Rabun, and Seed are where I will take this one.

Re: 1970 16' Super Sport V

I took it out last weekend. Ran like a champ (4 adults 1 child) 27.5 mph. Took it out the next day, started bogging down during WOT, would not even stay on plane. Took the carbs apart rebuilt them, and changed all fuel lines to alcohol resistant. Took it out this weekend and hit 32 mph. Man.......... it is one sweet ride! I will eventually do a resto, but I'm having way to much fun to start it now! It has several lose rivits, so it takes on some water, but the bilge takes care of it. Pics to come!
