what carb repair kit ???

I have a 1998 Monterey with a 3.0 liter 4 cylinder. I think the accelerator pump is bad and thought I might as well get the whole carb kit as long as I was taking it apart. Not sure which kit I need? The number stamped on the side of the carb is 807504 with the number 7403 under it. I believe its a mercarb 2 barrel? Any suggestions or direction? Thanks...<br />Joe

Aftermarket discount marine... Same kit does both carbs. Less than fifty bucks.

What's the Mercruiser serial number of your engine? There is a model change between 97 and 98 and it's possible you have a 97 engine package.

I'm Sure that Don has a better handle on it,....<br />But,.. My book says you need a 18-7098..... That's a Sierra or NAPA #.........
