i just purchased a 17ft lowe from a guy , the boat was advertised as turnkey took it out and darn near sank. the hull is cracked underneath were it is very hard to detect. thing is the boat is still in the marine construction companys name this guy works for. this guy sold it to me as a private sale, and wont return my calls would i have any legal rights to go after the company whose name the boat is in.
