J90PLSIG.
At times it takes 4-6 tries to get it started.
When running WOT, motor does not get above 5100rpms. It has a jet pump.
Before starting, primer bulb does not get hard when squezed. When pinched fuel line before the motor it does get hard.
Suspecting a hole in the fuel pump diaphraghm or a stuck float.
Is there any instruction to pinpoint where the leak is?
Any instruction on rebuilding fuel pump?
Digrahm shows 2 pumps, # 37, and #2. What is the diffirence between those, and which mostlikly might have a problem.

just answering your last two questions...one is a pump for the fuel evaporator, and the other is the motors fuel pump. #2 is the important pump. I am not 100% sure what the effect of a bad #37 would be.. I know they dont sell a rebuild kit for it...because i rebuilt mine and had to make gaskets!!!!!

I dont understand your remark that it takes 4-5 tried to start when the motor doesnt get above 5100 rpm..!!!!! that statement makes no sense at all.

if the motor was running 5100 rpm...we all assume it had already started!!!!!!!!!!

but good luck

If the fuel pymp is fine, then can a stack carb float make the same issue of prime bulb not getting hard?
