Pull a fuel sample and see if that is your water source.

From running to not with water in all cyliders is usually water in the fuel.

Hook up a portable fuel tank with good mix. 50:1 ratio 87 octane and see how she runs. If same problem then you have a blown head gasket. A force manual for your motor is a must if you plan to repair yourself.

If you hook an external tank to a motor full of water, you still have a motor full of water and it will not run.

Pull a fuel sample first. If it has water in it then clean the fuel system and start with fresh fuel.

If not, then explore other avenues.
