Removing lower unit on 1974 34 hp Evinrude

I have followed the general steps to removing the lower unit, but I can?t get the lower unit to come a part from the upper unit. I have removed the shift linkage bolt in the upper unit, as well as the four bolts on the side and the nut on the front stud holding the lower unit on. The lower unit seems to be stuck on the stud in the front.

You may want to try some heat in the stud area with a mapp gas torch. Then some small wedges between the g/c and exhaust housing.

under the bolt in back for the wing there it a hother bolt up inside you need to use a flash light to see it it is 1/2 inch
