I'm continuing to go over the motor and the aluminum prop that's on this motor is pretty dinged up. I'm looking at replacing it with a Stainless Steel prop. However, it doesn't seem that anyone makes a SS prop for a 78. Only 80 and up. What is the reason you can't put an 1980+ SS prop on a 78? The reason I'm looking for a SS prop is because I'm going to be running shallow water for duck hunting and I'd like something a little more rugged than aluminum. Thanks.
