I cannot believe the condition of the hull and fiberglass. I need to install a outboard, carpet, seats....and so on...any suggestions on the outboard?

This post doesn't really make any sense.

How wide is the boat? The USCG formula for outboards is (length x width x 2) - 90 rounded up to the nearest 5. This would likely put you in the ballpark of 90-115hp.

"I can't believe the condition of the fiberglass". Does that mean good or bad?

Is the transom and deck solid?

I'll give you as much as you gave us. Get an outboard that runs.
