How to remove this bolt

I am trying to get my engine lined up with my transom clamp so I can reinstall my tilt tube. However I cannot get it. I think I need to remove the bolts that hold the "shocks" to the engine, but it has a square head and I do not have a tool for this. Does anyone know the size, and the name of the tool I need for this?

You just use a ratchet without a socket on it that fits.

That worked on mine..........You just use a ratchet without a socket on it that fits. Mine was 3/8 though? D.
