I have a 1994 Bayliner Capri with a 3.0l. I was having trouble Friday night getting and keeping the engine running. I adjusted the idle so that now it starts and idles great (No tach, not sure what rpms are, that's another issue). It shifts in to forward/reverse smoothly so I am sure the shift interupter is working fine. When I advance the throttle slowly it dies. I can get it to keep running if I "gas" it really fast, but can't be doing that on the water for safety. It does this in "throttle only" as well. Is there another adjustment I can make or could it be a timing issue. Please help if you can. Thanks

Ayuh,... That only works, comin' Out of gear, In the water....

It sounds like the Carb might need Rebuildin'....
