1999 optimax 225. Trim leak at pivot when trim switch is held after being completely trimmed in. I just resealed and bench tested it, and I have the same problem with new seals...Can excessive pressure cause this? i dont have the pressure testing tools to test it so i suppose ill have to take it to the dealer, unless someone has encountered this...tilt rod did not appear worn, there are no specifications for the pivot as far as tolerances and such...
