Trailer bunks and roller configurations

I bought an older boat and trailer. The two bottom keel rollers never touch the keel. The boat rests completely on the bunk boards. Since the boards are not self centering, it's obviously a little difficult to line the boat up centered. How can I find out how to properly adjust the center rollers?

Got pics of your set up?
Are the rollers adjustable up and down as well as the bunks?

No, I don't have pictures. Next time I have the boat in the water, I'll take a shot.

There are four total rollers: Bow roller, first keel roller touches the keel about two feet in front of the bunk boards, third roller amid ships adjusted about one inch above the cross member and about three to four inches below the bunks, fourth roller is attached to the cross member at the aft below the transom. Neither of the last two every touch the keel when loading or unloading of the boat.

The bunk boards are 5' located just inside the drift edge.

The boat is a 16' 34 year old Thunderbolt bass boat (speed hull) in excellent condition with a 90hp Evinrude that runs like brand new. Before I powder coat the trailer I would like to get things set up properly.
