Not real familiar with OB engines. But what should I trouble shoot on this engine. There is no water peeing. I assume it's either the impeller, thermostat or blockage. The screens look OK, but just wondering what else that I could easily look at without dis-assembly. Thanks Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is the engine actually over heating, sometimes the tell-tale gets plugged, try using a piece of weed wacker string and make sure the hose is clear. The tell-tale is before the thermostat so a bad thermostat will not cause the tell-tale to stop.
If the engine is actually over heating You are going to have to remove the lower unit and check the water pump.

Check that the pee-hose is not blocked.
If open, down with the gearcase!
