bad miss

98 115 has bad miss.Engine will try to start in netural.disengage the prop and will start but it has a bad miss.Has fire to all 4 plugs.any ideas?

How's the compression, plugs in good shape, will the spark jump a 7/16" air gap? If all of those are OK move on the the fuel delivery system. Has the engine been sitting for a while, may need carbs overhauled. Fuel pump working, fuel lines good and no air leaks, filter clean, fresh fuel mixture?

all of that is good.went thru carb's.new fuel pump,no air leak's that i can find.here is what happened going along on the water motor has been fine.no problem get to fishing spot slow down motor dies will not start back.disengage the prop and it starts with a bad miss so i go thru carb,check fuel lines i thought it maybe fuel pump replace it nothing spark plugs have spark on all 4
