Oil seal replacement

I have a 15R75C and I am starting to get a little oil under the timeing plate. Do I have to take the Power Head apart to change this seal?

Omc made seal pullers for this job. You may want to take it into a good BRP dlr and have him pull it. If not, if you're real good with picks you can get it out that way and put it back in with the right size pvc pipe.
