My 1999-150 Evinrude Ficht quit running on me ,was running fine until I went to throttle down in a no wake zone. The engine killed,I went to start it and it kicked over and once I put it in gear it would go several feet and die once again,this would happen several times. I just quit trying. Can you try and help me with this problem. I've never had a problem with this engine. It's been well taken care of when it comes to maintenance. Jerry K
