A Volvo Penta 3.0GLP-D heats to 100 ?C when it runs above 3.300 rpm.
It is Ok under it but it heats afterwardsif a rev down the temp drops to 80 - 90 ? C.
I had a broken impeller that I changed and it pumps water OK the exhaust manifold is not hot I dont know if bits and pieces of the old impeller are inside or the thermostat is wrong.
