Last time had boat out motor would struggle to get up to speed had to baby it when i got boat back in checked plugs middle plug hole seemed to have a little water/gas mixture coming out checked compression all 3 cyl are between 90-95psi anyone have any ideas where to go from here. Any advice is appreciated.

your pressures are low... now real low but I would be happier with 100-120... water/gas/oil mix on plug almost for sure head gasket leak.... or cracked block... I am voting for head gasket leak as it is middle hole and that sort of precludes water intrusion from lower crank seal.
see what the others say before tearing into it.
