loss of power

i have a 88 v6 225 outboard excel, the carbs, fuel line, filters tank was done completely, it still runs like garbage, starts right away but no power and ruff idle, and when you accelerate no power. what shall I do, it is very discouraging.:confused::mad:

do you have good spark and compression? is the timing right? did you link and sync? correct fuel oil mix?
