Pulse Limiter? what and where is it? fuel pump replacement

I just replaced the vro fuel pump on my evinrude 150 intruder. i swapped these out with ease. ive been reading now about this pulse limiter. should i have done something with it? and can someone tell me exactly where it is located. thanks

It's located in the intake manifold and is blue and brass colored. The very back hose on the vro goes to it. They normally don't need any kind of service. It's put there to pulse and protect the vro incase the mtr back fires.

i thought thats where it was. i imagine the one i left on their is just fine than.. thanks
